ORDERING

What if I need to change my order?
If you would like to change your order and it has not yet been processed, please email info@bristol-studio.com. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be changed. 

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?
Please email info@bristol-studio.com.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please send photos and email us with a description of the damaged product at orders@bristol-studio.com as soon as you receive your order.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?
You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media here. You can also text us directly at: 310-347-4575 and sign up for our newsletter here.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified, pending availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 5-7 business days. International orders ship within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact orders@bristol-studio.com. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. For more information on our shipping policy, please visit our shipping page.
 
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to post office (P.O.) boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other US states will not be subject to any sales tax.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping: Rest of World –– info@bristol-studio.com

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
We first recommend reaching out directly to USPS regarding your package. If USPS is unresponsive, you can email us at orders@bristol-studio.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I return/exchange an item from my order?
Please email orders@bristol-studio.com. Return and exchange requests will be reviewed and we will respond within within 24-48 hours. We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a full refund, or store credit. You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment to ship your items back to us.

Can I return items purchased during seasonal sale periods?

Items purchased that are marked on sale, or during sales periods are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.

Can I return final sale items?
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?
Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment and on the product detail section of our website. Please follow these instructions carefully. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at info@bristol-studio.com.
